"In the village it wasn't every man for himself, it wasn't like that, we work together to make things happen and people were motivated to work. That's something that a lot of people don't realize, they say that if we didn't live in a capitalist society people wouldn't be motivated to work, that's not true. When people are working together as a team everyone wants to contribute because everyone wants to be loved, everyone wants to be praised, everyone wants people to pick them over other people. When you are working in a team you want to do what you can so that people always want to work with you and that makes you feel good as a person so you do what you can and you find that when we are working together we don't have to do much".
